The place is GORGEOUS!!! We had the best time at room, sauna, pool, nature, vista of Volcan, trail (puma), staff, breakfast, food, and location. It could not have been a better experience🩷 we thank you so much for the lovely opportunity, we felt very lucky to end up there, thanks to Booking!!! 🩵

We had a wonderful stay at Lost Iguana Resort. The resort is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and surrounded by nature and wildlife, which makes the whole experience feel really special. The location is also great, just next to the Hanging Bridges.
All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One thing to know is that some of the villas are quite far from the reception and restaurant, but they have a golf cart shuttle service — you just need to call and they’ll come pick you up, so it was never really an issue.
Breakfast was very good, and we also really enjoyed the food at the restaurant.
Overall, a beautiful place, great service and a lovely experience in La Fortuna. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
The only downside for us was that we found the restaurant quite expensive, especially considering the rooms are already on the pricier side. That being said, the food itself was very good.

Unbelievable location, with amazing views of the volcano and a lot of wildlife that can be spotted inside, from frogs to small mammals. Very good restaurant.
Responsiveness of the staff to any sort of request was a bit disappointing. One day our room was ‘missed’ from the daily cleaning and was not possible to remediate because after 2pm looks like housekeeping is not available anymore. Another day we had to call twice the reception to get from fresh towels which eventually came after 1 hour.
