Mi estadía fue, en términos generales, positiva. Quiero destacar especialmente las hermosas instalaciones del hotel, que se encuentran muy bien cuidadas y generan un ambiente agradable. Además, valoro la buena disposición y amabilidad del personal, quienes siempre intentaron brindar una buena atención.

Sin embargo, hay algunos aspectos que considero importantes de mejorar. El agua de la ducha estaba solo tibia y nunca alcanzó una temperatura realmente caliente. En la habitación se entregaba solo una toalla por persona, por lo que fue necesario solicitar una adicional. Asimismo, los envases de jabón, shampoo y acondicionador estaban obstruidos, dificultando la salida del producto. Otro punto que podría mejorar es el servicio de desayuno. La variedad era bastante limitada y la calidad del té no fue la esperada. Además, el uso de tazas y platos plásticos resta calidad a la experiencia, especialmente considerando el nivel de las instalaciones del hotel.
