Convenience to the airport
The door key system was not working so every time you wanted to go to your room a member of staff had to let you in!!!
The reception forgot our takeaway breakfast at 6am which was very annoying as too late to organise anything properly.

Shower curtain. Staff did not offer to help us with our luggage. No smiles at reception.

Good early morning brekfast box.
Nobody speaks english, water in the bathroom was leaking. it was everywhere in the morning.
