Close to bus station. Allowed me to use weigh scale while waiting to check in. Allowed me to get water from kitchen before check in. Prepared me a take away lunch, since ai had to leave before breakfast started at 5:30.
Did not respond at all to messages. Did not respond to request for early check in. Refused to allow anyone to check in before 3pm. Allowed guy who arrive a half hour after me to check in before me, but still only 5 min before 3pm.
