Really clean and comfortable room. Very quiet.
When arrived at 1530 after check in time the room wasn't ready. We paid extra for late checkout, but staff kept coming to the room 4-5 times, and then our key was cancelled so we couldn't get back in from lunch. Took 30 minutes to sort out ...

The hotel is nice with all the amenities that you expect form a global chain.
The checkin should have been a bit faster. We needed to wait in line for 15 minutes and the check in itself also took a long time.
