Nice hotel for a resonable price.
Good free parking in the garage.
Fresh rooms.
Good location for car travelers.
The hotel is made to show that it is CHEAP. So, they have spent money for a special room design, special furniture, special batch but to show that you are in the CHEAP place. Or at least it works so.
Elevator was not working during my stay.
Reception is closed for night time.
Breakfasts are appaling for that price (boiled eggs onlly as a hot meal).
You have a separate shower cabine and a separate toilet. It is more expensive to build and it is uncomfortable with kids as the shower has just glass door.
WC cannot be locked form inside. They installed locks in the doors but decided to skip handle installation! (photo)

Room was a decent size for two people and very clean. Looked quite newly refurbished.
Very good shower, with separate toilet and sink.
Free parking in a secure garage. Note: to get the code for the garage before you arrive, send a message to the hotel saying you require parking.
Good location. To get into the Old Town it's about a 15 minute walk to Frankenstrasse U-Bahn station, then 3 or 4 stops depending on where exactly you want to go. There are a few cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
You can check in with a real person between 5pm and 10pm, or at the machine outside those times.
Breakfast cost extra so we didn't take it as we don't normally eat much for breakfast, but is you like a big breakfast it's probably good value.
A small fridge in the room would have been nice for cooling drinks etc. as it was very hot weather, but I understand that this is a budget hotel and that is one of the costs they might cut.

The room was clean and had a hair dryer which I wasn’t expecting!
Staff had a bit of attitude, not very friendly and weren’t there when I checked in until after 3pm and nowhere to be seen when I checked out. The area is industrial which I wish I checked prior. There is literally nothing around so be mindful of this as you will need to get the underground which is a 15 mins walk away. Also the lift worked one day and then didn’t the rest of my trip.
