The room was impeccably clean and well maintained.
The balcony bar and restaurant has always been one of my favorite places to visit whenever I’m in Nairobi. It never disappoints.
The Italian restaurant was exceptional. Everything was beautifully done and genuinely exceeded my expectations.
The Kenyan breakfast and room service were both amazing.Great quality and consistently well executed.
Two things I disliked:
The Arabian restaurant didn’t meet my expectations at all and I honestly felt scammed. It didn’t feel like Kempinski but I’m glad I tried it so I don’t have to return or recommend it to family and friends.
Some of the gym staff aren’t very friendly and I don’t understand why they stand around doing nothing or talk loudly while others are training.

From the nice ambience to the courteous staff, this hotel delivers a wonderful stay. The breakfast selection is incredibly lavish with plenty of variety to choose from.The rooms are designed in a charming classic style—clean, comfortable, and perfect for getting a good night's rest. While the room footprint could be slightly larger, it serves its purpose well. The property itself is beautifully quiet and uncrowded. I highly enjoyed the peaceful energy of the bar and terrace. I missed out on the pool, gym, and spa this trip, but they are on my list for next time!

It was very disappointing for me. The Wi-Fi speed was extremely low, and they couldn’t fix it. Breakfast was very poor, with only a few options considering the price. The gym was horrible—they allow people from outside, and hotel guests couldn’t use it because it was always fully crowded.
