The Staff was professional, especially Lydia, one of the managers; she made our family's stay memorable. The location was also quite great, not too far from the major shopping and restaurants. Our kids enjoyed the food. Would definitely be going back there when we visit Nairobi.
The breakfast experience, because the egg station is located differently than in most hotels, which causes delays in receiving the eggs. Often, they arrive after you've finished your meal.

The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful, which makes a big difference when you’re staying regularly. The rooms are comfortable, the hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, and I really like the familiar feel of coming back to somewhere I know. It’s a reliable and comfortable base when I’m in Nairobi, and I always feel well looked after.
Nothing major to dislike, I’ve always had a comfortable stay. If anything, the hotel can get a little busy at peak times, but this hasn’t ever affected my overall experience.
