Location was fabulous and was only a six minute walk to the open air concert venue. Rooms were spacious, very well decorated and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and it has its own car parking spaces .

Lovely hotel with a great view of the north bay. Tea, coffee and milk in your room and more if you run out, just outside your door. The owners were very fast in replying when we asked questions, and they were very good with allowing us to park early and parking after check out. Great hosts!
We struggled with the shower. Waited over 10 mins for the shower to warm up, then when it warmed up there was hardly any water coming out. It then got to hot so put the cold on a bit, and the whole shower went cold again, it then took another few mins running it back on hot to get hot again. Terrible shower!

I have the sea view room. Probably because I booked the family room. The room is clean without any bad smell or stain on the bed.
Very noisy. The floor is not sound insulated so you could hear exactly what people are talking about and stepping on the staircases.

I requested a sea view room that was confirmed by a email to confirm my request unfortunately we was put in a room facing a back street never seen a staff member
Location was good
Facilities were very dated
No staff communication threw out the stay
