maybe the distances to dining room and spa from my room.....I was using crutches....steps were inevitable!

Very well located
Room was very nice
We came by car and the vallet was not there
Then it took quite some time as some customers who arrived at the same time wanted to negotiate a different suite … we clearly felt we were not a priority.
Then we had to take care of our luggages ourselves as it was taking ages and we wanted to go to the spa (which was closing 45mns later)
