Friendly staff, good breakfast, central location, free parking. Room small but comfortable with balcony and glimpse of Grand Combin.

I stayed here for the UTMB race, and the location couldn't have been better. It's just a short walk to the finish line, making race logistics incredibly easy. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were great. The free parking was also a huge bonus, especially as parking in the area is very expensive.
The only downside was the noise. My room faced the street, and with the bars, restaurants, and the UTMB finish line nearby, it was noisy throughout the night. Unfortunately, I didn't get much sleep either before or after the race, which wasn't ideal. If you're staying during UTMB, I'd recommend requesting a room away from the street if possible.
Other than that, everything was excellent, and I had a very enjoyable stay.

Great location near many restaurants and the lifts. Staff was very nice. The spa area is very nice.
They charged me an additional $50 euros when I reserved a room for 3. The room is super small and what they gave us was a cot not a bed. They should have warned me about the extra cost. My nephew lives in verbier. He could have gone back home to sleep.

The staff and their service.
All other else. The food was not given effort. The place is small and noisy. The price should be lowered since the hotel is facilities is a bit old and the room is small. Having the Spartan event should have reduced the price per night due to the noise it created. They even play loud music as early as 7am. In summary, i wasted my holiday in a place where I can't rest and paid a higher price compared to other bigger hotels near the area.
