Ubicación y entorno: Ubicada en La Busta, una zona muy tranquila y estratégicamente situada, perfecta para moverse y visitar los puntos más destacados de Cantabria. ​El desayuno: Sencillamente excepcional. Además, queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad del personal del desayuno, un 10 para ellos. ​Detalles adicionales: Camas cómodas, bonitas vistas desde la habitación y cambio diario de sábanas y toallas.
Descanso y ruidos: Tuvimos dos momentos muy molestos con ruidos y vibraciones fuertes en la habitación: un día nos despertaron a las 6:30 de la mañana y otro día nos arruinaron la siesta. ​Estado de la habitación y limpieza: La habitación se nota bastante vieja, con grietas, cierto desgaste y algunos elementos oxidados. Además, la limpieza nos pareció bastante superficial. Al ser abuhardillada, hay que tener cuidado con las alturas (nuestra espalda lo sufrió bastante). ​Atención en recepción: Salvo por un número de teléfono para emergencias, la recepción suele estar casi siempre vacía, se les comento que había una bombilla del baño fundida y no se cambió en toda la estancia.
