Si ubicación es muy buena para los desplazamientos está próximo a todos los enclaves relevantes ( Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, Santillana del Mar, Santander….)
La única pega del alojamiento es sobre mi punto de vista que el desayuno se queda corto de variedad. Todos los días es muy repetitivo.

Excellent hotel. Staff very friendly, especially Josef the owner. Lovely setting, very nice garden area and pool. Accommodation was very good nice room clean and comfortable. Evening meals were excellent - good quality and value.
The breakfast was continental only. No hot food. Only cereal was chocolate coco pops.
Location ok, good if you stay at the hotel but nothing very close by. Need a car to get to the beach, a town or a restaurant. We would go again for a short stay. 😊

La atención tan amable de los propietarios y los empleados, menú de cena con un buen precio y calidad de los productos, no pudimos utilizar la piscina por el tiempo pero siempre es espectacular lo bien cuidado que está el jardín

Aunque el desyuno estab bien, me pareció que lo que se ofrecía era limitado, sobre todo cuando lo comparo con la cena que estuvo genial

Super breakfast and evening meals. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty mediano coffee 😉! Very chilled calm atmosphere.
Not a big issue, but would have appreciated earlier info about 'Wednesday day off' for evening meals...unless I missed it on the website ?

Lovely Hotel, friendly staff, good base to explore from. Easy walk to the sea cliffs and the mill. all in all a very friendly relaxed place ideal for recovering from, or preparing for the Ferry, only about 30 mins drive.

The room was big and comfortable, the reception staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The stake we had for evening meal was amazing. the location was remote that was ideal after a 500-mile drive we just wanted to relax

Wonderful character hotel in lovely rural location. Close proximity to the beautiful towns of Santillana de Mar, Comillas, and San Vincente de Barquera. Magnificent coastal scenery.

Off the beaten track a bit with a lovely walk of around 50 minutes to the sea and back.

We had a delightful two night stay, the hotel is in a stunning location with a beautiful outlook. We had a family suite with (very generous) terrace which was perfect for our family of four. We made use of the lovely pool. A delicious, typical Spanish breakfast was served on the restaurant terrace. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel on both evenings which was very nice.

Friendly owner. Pleasant surroundings. Animals (chickens, rabbits) walking around.
WiFi not working (more accurate: WiFi is fine, but internet connection very unreliable).
There is a road nearby that is clearly audible (not visible), but traffic is low, esp. at night. So not a big problem.
In warm weather an airco would probably be missed.

gorgeous location , nice pool , good food and amazing atmosphere. recommend if you want to escape from city and take some rest near the ocean

Nice and quiet place. Grate pool for kids and adults. Very helpful staff and owner. Rooms very clean and quiet.
We didn't try restaurant. Breakfast was simple but very tasty. Good place to come with kids. There is small deer staple and we have seen few days old 'bambi'. Basketball court, ping-pong table and bike rental is available onsite.
nothing from the hotel itself, maybe sometimes you can hear cars from the road nearby (only when outside), otherwise very comfortable stay...
