A localização é fantástica, do melhor que podemos ter em Amboseli. O staff todo muito simpático e prestável
Demasiada gente que se aglomera nas refeições, e pequenos detalhes que num alojamento desta qualidade e preço, não devem acontecer, como se esquecerem de colocar toalhas e tapete de banho, ou termos que pedir papel higiénico na recepção pq só tinha meio rolo no quarto e nenhum de reserva…

Check-in was smooth. The location was great, as you could do a safari in the morning and afternoon easily from inside the park without the long drive each way to the gate. The view of the mountain and animals was wonderful from many areas on the property. The staff was kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hot water and pressure in the showers were good. The food selection was varied for different diets. The fire pit at night is a great spot to slow down and enjoy the evening and stars.
This is a lodge, not a safari camp, so you are in a building vs a tent. I prefer the feel of a safari tent camp when on safari. It would be great to have hand towels to wash after returning from morning/afternoon safaris.
