It was very clean and the rooms were superb. Large and had all the amenities. The water hole was magnificent with lots of animals using it. The view was out of the world.

Filtered water should be available throughout the hotel and at meals for free, the bottles provided in the rooms are far from sufficient for a day's consumption.
The fans in the room, exceptionally loud, exceptionally useless.
The Nairobi Serena has international plugs in the rooms, the Kilugani Serena would really benefit from those, as well as more plugs in the rooms.
The waiters attribute tables at lunch and dinner arbitrarily, regardless of whether you have asked for a particular one prior or not, you then have to argue with them to get the table you booked.
The profound lack of communication between the reservation team and the hotels, leading to misunderstandings, poor service and unhappy customers.
The uncharacteristically non-commercial behaviour of the hotel team who clearly does not care to attract return customers or make a good impression.
The hotel caters to a comfortable clientele, the services provided should be up to certain standards and currently, they're really not.
