Nice. The hotel boasts a strategic location in terms of its proximity to health resorts and services.
The room service was among the worst I've ever experienced. The cleaning was terrible, and the service was poor and slow.

Across the streets there was a large sports center which has a very good walking path. Prometheus Cave was near.

The hotel is located strategically close to historical monuments and good restaurants. In fact, the hotel bar serves proper Georgian food. My family enjoyed the pool, and I also spent some time in the gym. They refreshed the towels there regularly.
Keep in mind we had a rental car so I am able to claim the accessibility to touristy spots.
We stayed for 6 nights in a double room with a sofa bed and large double bed. Was very pleased seeing the sofa bed already arranged with a topper, linens, and pillows without my having to request it.
I appreciate the younger staff who really tried to communicate with us, some actually spoke fantastic English.
Generally, the hotel has the basic items you would need for your stay.
It’s unfortunate that the mattresses felt like sleeping on concrete slabs. I have a sensitive back so it affected the quality of my sleep and left me very sore after our 6-night stay, my husband though doesn’t have any back issues also had the same. :( Would be great if the mattresses are replaced.
The breakfast was standard and uneventful, it’s hard to believe the food came from the same hotel serving above average dinner meals at the bar. It’s also not feasible to get dinner at the restaurant without pre booking it, but I also think it will only be worth it if they improve the quality of the buffet.
When we tried to get dinner in the restaurant, we were passed around to various staff only to be told we cant get dinner unless we prebook via our booking and best to order at the bar.
The facilities are also outdated, especially the gym. It didn’t have proper ventilation, and the equipments are old and lack maintenance. The treadmill had cobwebs before I used it, and I even got zapped a couple of times whilst using it so I was very careful not to touch anything else apart from the buttons. It should be replaced before someone gets seriously injured. Water in the dispenser wasn’t also refreshed regularly.
