Staff were so friendly and accomadating. Adam was a great manager and host. We were given complimentary breakfast on our last 2 mornings. Which was yum. A great choice and spotlessly clean and no waiting. Everything hot and very tasty

Disabled access to first floor a plus! Indian restaurant next door also a plus. Lovely food, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Christmas Lunch at the Namestey Restaurant was incredible. The staff were great, a refrigerator was dropped in the on the day we arrived (and they accomodated early arrival), the cleaning team were active throughout the stay. Room 4 is a perfect size and the view of the tower is wonderful.
We have stayed a lot at the Topaz and it has always had an amazing heart to it, I don't know what has changed but it didn't have that same feel. There needs to be a mat for the floor of the bathroom for getting out of the shower, the bathroom door needs a check over as I got locked in and had to have my partner open it from the outside and a bedside lamp would be ideal.

The location was excellent - very close to the centre & tower. The room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable.
The hotel is very tired and could do with upgrading.
