Location is great for the promenade and the central area for the winter gardens. I stayed in room no 9 it was clean and tidy, with a few areas of wear and tear. The hosts were friendly and polite, carried by bag to the room for me. The room had a mini fridge which was great and tea and coffee tray. I would happily return and recommend.
The TV didn’t work and the shower door is a little stiff, shower head was wobbly. The stairs are very narrow

It would of been a 10/10 but we thought we were getting a breakfast but due to it just been taken over we didn’t mind as the location was excellent and cafes on most corners
The staff very friendly lovely people

Room and facilities were clean, comfy beds and provided with everything needed. A lovely hotel with lovely staff and are going to book again for next trip to Blackpool.

Good location, clean, friendly staff and dog friendly. Beds were comfy but a bit too soft for me (my son loved his). For a budget, dog friendly hotel for one night it was perfectly acceptable.
The room was advertised as having a fridge, it didnt (would’ve been nice to have a cold drink). Could hear every sound from the room above including what they were watching on the TV at 1am. Noise from other guests in the early hours was annoying but appreciate we were in Blackpool! Whilst I appreciate it’s a budget hotel, a few touches would’ve made it better (soft fluffy towels for example).
