The staff were very funny, especially Nathan and eat nothing was to much trouble we had a really good laugh they were very funny and easy to talk and get on with one of the main reasons we keep staying are these two
The bloody lift… got stuck in it a few times and had to climb four floors

The staff were lovely and did what they could with what they have. Probably all on rubbish money and not appreciated but they were the only positive thing about it to be honest.
The room was dirty, bathroom hadn’t even been cleaned. You cannot even see out of the windows. The breakfast was awful! My husband isn’t fussy in the slightest and even he couldn’t eat anything other than toast! I would skip breakfast! Also bars open but no one goes in there. There were fruit flies round the beer which shows the lines need cleaning. This hotel has so much potential but who ever actually owns it clearly doesn’t care! Again credit to the staff as they keep smiling and are very helpful!
