My two nights break was a last minute treat for me and my daughter.
On arriving the staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a relaxed, cosy, feeling and staff were very attentive. Our room had the most comfortable bed , and a homely feeling.
Its so close too The Pleasure beach, with great views, but further enough away for a quiet peaceful sleep.
We loved it, and great value for money.
There is nothing not too like. It didn't affect me, but no lift if people are struggling.

The bed was really comfortable and clean.
The staff and host were lovely people, and were so patient even when our dog was constantly barking at the slightest noise.
The hotel suited our visit.
The room we had was dated and tired. It was cleanish, but could have done with a deep clean.and everything felt like it had been broken and fixed.again.

The location was good, breakfast was fair. Booking.com should make it very clear to customers that hotel price does not include breakfast.
The whole front of the hotel needs a facelift, a new coat of paint. The room service/cleaning should be done daily.
