We really enjoyed our stay here,The hotel is in a quiet area in the south shore a 2 min walk (if that) to pleasure beach we we’re lucky enough to book a parking space with our booking. The room was a good size and breakfast was amazing. Would happily stay here again.
If i had to be picky it Could do with a new mattress on one of the beds

The location was near pleasure beach and away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance if you wanted it. The owner was very polite and friendly, even challenged our son to a game of pool. Breakfast was first class and kept us filled up for our activities.
The room although it was clean was in need of an upgrade. Wall paper was hanging off the walls at parts, toilet seat top broken, sink damaged (fixed with duct tape) although offered another room due to the sink damaged we decided to stay and all was fine.

We couldn't stay at this hotel, we had to stay next door at Ocean bay hotel.
Ocean Bay is in a good location. We wanted a sea view, which was lovely.
Double mattress was very comfortable.
Good sized bathroom.
Free parking.
Fair continental breakfast.
Lots of sockets.
Friendly landlady.
Horrible dirty towels.
No hot water
Squeaky bunk bed
Dirty windows
Very rusty radiator in bathroom and curtain pole/ curtains.
No hot breakfast offered, no decaf coffee, no real butter, etc.
