The bedrooms where great (especially mine) clean, very comfortable.. had a fan, kettle, tea, coffee. Beds where perfect, I slept like the dead 😆
The stairs after a long day.. but other than that I will definitely stay again

Easy to find your way around.
Staff were really lovely, welcoming and polite
Rooms smelt lovely and clean aswell as being clean.
Beds were super comfortable, great location, great room for the value of money.
Would recommend absolutely and be back in the future when staying up north again

Nothing to dislike. Considering it was a B&B in Blackpool it was very good.

Lave property with wheelchair ramp, although no lifts to upper floors, the staff did move us from 2nd floor to 1st floor which was good
First room we were put in the tv didn’t work, we got move to the room next to us, this room was clean and comfortable the bathroom was dirty with black mould in the shower, 1 loo room which was the thinnest paper we had ever seen, no toiletries
The room did not have an plugs close to the bed, there was some under the headboard, I use a CPAP which needs plugging in so this was a pain
There is on street parking available if you time it right, there’s a few parking spaces (one on the path outside the hotel) this cost us £10 per night per stay
