The hosts, Andrew and Bernie couldnt be more helpful, everywhere was clean, room and bed was comfortable, location is pretty central, breakfast was faultless, I honestly couldnt fault our stay here, this is how hospitality is done right, we will be back 😎

The owners Bernie & Andy were just lovely people who couldn't do enough for you. Their local knowledge of events in the Blackpool area was excellent and their enthusiasm for Blackpool was infectious.
The hotel was a very welcoming & friendly place. Breakfast was excellent too.
The location is really good & about halfway between the Pleasure Beach and the Central Pier. Parking was available at the local church just around the corner.
Would we go back - yes of course & fully intend to 😊

Absolutely loved our stay. We had 2 rooms booked and all 4 of us said we absolutely would stay again. The breakfast was lovely, rooms cosy and comfy, Andy and Bernie cant do enough for you, lovely quiet location and is easy walking distance to everywhere. They have a bar and sell sandwiches toasties etc too if your peckish or fancy a night cap. Wasnt rowdy or anything even with the darts in town. Slept really well all weekend. We stayed 2 nights and we are normally 6am risers and both mornings it was gone 8am before we woke up!

Andy and Bernie were absolutely lovely, couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was fresh cooked and a great selection of other items like cereals, pancakes, juices, yoghurts etc.
Bed was comfortable, room was clean, location is great, overall loved our stay - will be back next year for sure
$$$$
