The best host Pat and his lovely assistant Christine š and the breakfast was lovely. Pat went out of his way to make all guests feel special and showed genuine interest.

Simon and I thought Breakfast was very nice and included everything you wanted. Room was ample and clean. Host was very friendly and could no more than he did 10/10. Location was good, I would say about 1/2 way between Tower and pleasure beach. If you use the tram ask for the 2 for 1 Ā£10 for all day on and off. We will be returning.
Some of the houses opposite have gone unpleasant but not the the B&Bs fault.

Me(Female) & my young son stayed for the weekend and I honestly couldnāt have been more impressed. Pat made us feel so welcome & safe, like a home away from home.
His attention to detail and care he shows his guests is second to none. Our fellow guests were also all so nice and engaging with my son, many doing multiple visits to The Glenroy per year. Whether youāre a family, couple or solo I would 100% recommend The Glenroy Guest House. I canāt wait to come back again & hopefully bring more family next time!

the property was a 9.7 thats why i booked it.... it was a 7 at best i was given a poky little room at the top of the bb, i have a disabity he did carry the cases so that was good
he runs three more BBs and the property needed a good clean and he was also very rude about the welsh he said the welsh where ruff!
