It is very very dated, but you get what you pay for and the people are really nice and the entertainment was great if you didn't want to go out
As I said is very dated the rooms need a complete overhaul.

room location was very noisy up till midnight and pass , and was extreme up to 10 , my partner goes to bed early due to health and was unable to sleep , has mobility issues and it was very difficult for her with all the steps going to and from the room , we had to cut a break short as it became to stressful for her

The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was lovely. Entertainment was good something on every night
Booked this hotel as wanted a hotel with a lift and no stairs as i have bad knees. Lift took us to a floor but then had 2 go down a set of stairs and back up another set of stairs just to get to our room far from ideal two or three stairs are fine but it was about 14 or 15 there were a few other patrons complaining about the stairs also

Seaview room
Breakfast reminded me of a chaotic school dinners
One of the staff was downright rude and unhelpful telling my sister who has sight problems to read the poster when she asked a question
Parking which I paid for had differing departure times
Room needed an update
