The family room was a really good layout. Nice and warm and easy to get the telly working. Friendly polite owners and convenient for the tram and strolling down the seafront to the piers and entertainment.

Hotel was clean, had all the facilities you need and the owners are really welcoming and made our stay comfortable
Breakfast was nice with a good cooked full English and our choices available.
The finishing touch was some lucky gifts from the owners to my kids on departure

Location was great for the promenade.
Staff welcoming and friendly and overall great value for what we paid which includes breakfast.
Room was really cold, took quite a while to warm up and shower was either really cold but great pressure or really warm but trickled out. But overall like I said for what we paid happy overall as,great value.

The location was good and the fruit juice in the fridge was nice.
The room was very cold. The bathroom was freezing with no heating. Also very poor water pressure from the shower so couldn’t even warm up in there. One electric heater in each room which unfortunately did not help. Very basic breakfast with no cooked items available.
