Friendly helpful staff on arrival. Good location, 10 minute walk from the pleasure beach and sand castle water park. This area was quiet and clean. There is parking outside if you are lucky to get a space but I was happy with the south beach car park, £20.70 for the weekend was good value.
Nice family room with good facilities. My family was also able to book rooms next to us. The bedding and colour scheme was nice. Fluffy towels, plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar with complimentary biscuits were a nice touch. Nice continental breakfast where you can help yourself, great selection for the children to have too.
In our room you could see where they had an unfortunate leak, the room was beautifully decorated but just one patch could have done with cleaning and re painting ir wall papering.

Great location, nice budget hotel! We got upgraded to the sea view room too, so it was a lovely stay
The shower was dated and a little tricky to work out, but overall, a great budget hotel.
