Had everything we needed for a couple of days visiting, was clean and had pleasant furnishings.
Was quite close to the road so a little bit of traffic noise.

Easy Parking, Owners seem really lovely. Small, simple and to the point. 15min walk to the CBD which on a sunny day was great as i didn't feel like driving. Cleanliness was excellent and bed was comfortable. Wifi was excellent (Had some terrible ones at other motels)
The Fridge in unit 4 froze my little bottle of milk haha. (Not an issue just thought it funny)

Great inviting place with parking and great view. Comfy bed and good shower and all the facilities that you need.

Very clean, easy walk to town, good shower, nice bottle of milk on arrival.
One or two incredibly noisy high-speed vehicles, including a 150kph motorbike(?) at 2am. Very hard uncomfortable chairs, high table. Awful Porters tea bags, but the same as most motels- why supply this stuff?
