Great Queen size room, even though above hotel it was very quiet, very clean and had everything we needed. The check in staff were great. took us out to show us how to get to the parking area, which is behind the hotel in a separate parking lot Dinner was really good and value for money, as was breakfast, and the hotel is close to John Hunter Hospital, so convenient. Would definitely stay again.
Whilst booking.com advise room comes with one parking spot, that is not the case. It is first in best dressed. Parking lot is behind the hotel, with limited spaces. You also have to walk across the lane, and down a slope to the hotel lifts. Probably better if you have large/or a lot of luggage to drop bags off at the front of hotel before parking.

not much. the reception was in a post office/ bottle shop. no on site parking for motel guests only hotel guests. no cutlery or crockery or kettle in room to even make a cup of tea. paid $190.00 a night and it was not worth it. would like a refund if the $380.00 I paid as I am a member of best western club but not too happy with this motel and best western should look at fixing this as it is not a good look considering what we paid. come on Booking.com and best western do something good for once like a refund or something.
