theunit itself was good . Directions to the unit were poor. Staff said he would text door code and address. After an hour and getting ;ate I had to return to the ooffice to ask for the address and door code .Poor comunication. the key I had was supposed to go to a garage I had yet to find it , I walked the whole complex. two garages one fob operated one with a door that came down and from looking it was yo complex one.
the communication factor. A strange place and not good comunication makes a bad situation.

Very clean and comfortable
Using the stairs due to our ages (65+) plus I’ve had a serious fall in 2023 resulting in a hospital stay 10 plus days due to fractures from fall , so just a bit cautious using stairs

It was great for our little stay. Great kitchen and dining area. Comfy coach. Beds are very comfortable.
There was no warm blankets to put over you whilst you slept.
As there are no ceiling fan. You have to have the aircon on whilst you slept as it gets very hot.
May I suggest to have a lock box at the location so you don’t have to pick up and drop off keys somewhere else.
But overall. Kitchen was awesome. Clean and comfortable.

It was a convenient location for the gig we attended at Bar on the Hill. The air conditioning worked effectively.
The apartment appeared unclean - there was dirt on the carpets and bathroom tiles, and it was very dusty. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, with not enough bedding.
