La habitación era enorme pues escogimos una grande, estábamos cerca de restaurantes y puffs.

Good option

Good location very near to shops and restaurants, and metro station. Good and well equipped room. Breakfast absolutely good. Efficient reception.

Nothing speciel, except that the WiFi disappeared for one day.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen und alles nicht richtig sauber,zwar auch nicht dreckig,aber irgendwie speckig,war sicher mal alles toll,aber inzwischen sieht man das Alter und das es nicht in Ordnung gehalten wird

Good choice for Panama City, would book again.

Very spacious and clean rooms, exceptionally friendly staff and a great gym!

Facilities in the bathroom were falling apart, the quality of the food at breakfast was mediocre. But no showstoppers.

Great hotel in a good location

Great location in a safe area and very close to metro. Good breakfast, very comfortable room.

The wifi seems to be working better on lower floors. It was great on my first stay but spotty second time around staying higher up (when it works it's great but often wifi cuts out). Smart TV would have been nice but perhaps too much to ask for the price.

Por cancelación del vuelo en Copa, tuvimos que cambiar la reserva, el hotel estuvo muy presto en ayudarnos y modificar la reserva sin costo, lo cual agradezco mucho, excelente servicio, muy buena ubicación a una cuadra del metro, limpieza impecable, desayuno delicioso y buffet, tiene agua de cortesía, té y café. Cuenta con refrigerador, volvería indudablemente, vista muy linda, habitación iluminada, cómodo.

Por decir algo, que se pueda asegurar la puerta del baño.

Tan cómodo como en casa!

El personal del hotel es excepcionalmente amable, te hacen sentir realmente recibido, como si estuvieras en casa. Recomendaría a cualquiera el hotel por la ubicación cerca del metro, restaurantes, instalaciones, calidad/precio!

Gutes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Sehr schöne Zimmer in den oberen Etagen. Frühstück entspricht nicht ganz der Qualität des Hotels. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Erfrischungsdrink beim Einchecken. Pool auf dem Dach mit toller Aussicht.

Einzig Frühstück und Frühstücksraum.

EL PERSONAL DEL LUGAR ES 1000/10! Definitivamente hacen que la estadía sea la mejor. La disposición, el servicio, y la atención suben mucho el nivel del hotel. La zona es espectacular con varios sitios de recreación y alimentos alrededor. Baños limpios, habitaciones limpias. El desayuno excelente. Terraza y piscina 10/10. Sin dudas, vuelvo.

Mantenimiento de la habitación excelente, el desayuno estuvo bien y la ubicación muy buena.

Hubo que esperar en el bar, no tenían personal suficiente para atender a los invitados.

Great place to stay a night or more

Our room was big with two queen beds. The room was spacious with large sofa. In the bathroom was a little bath. Hotel was nice, rooftop pool was great and in the gym you had everything you need for good workout. The breakfast was good and you could order the omelet of your choice. Closeby were some restaurants.

One of the staff was a little bit dificulties to understand what I wanted, but in the end everything was solved, but still he could have behaved a little more professionally.

Nice, clean and well located

It’s a modern and nice place conveniently location in the financial district.

Although the breakfast was included in my rate, I had to leave the hotel at 5am for a tour to San blas. I asked if they could prepare my a “breakfast box” to take with me and they told me that this service was not available. For a 4star hotel I would expect that something would be offered to their guests that were leaving early.

They’re a bit picky with early check ins and late check outs.

Comfy bed etc. Good coffee machine. Lovely bathroom excellent room.

On the fourth night Thursday a nightclub or disco opposite made the the most incessant loud hideous noise from around 10 pm till the early hours of the morning totally preventing any sleep this happened on next night as well. As a result we are unlikely to visit again.

The Rooms and cleanliness

I didn’t like that they charged me twice for a 2 person room. I originally paid $230.73 for a two person occupancy room. When second person showed up they charged me again $66. I was very upset about that.
