Breakfast was average and the omelets was bit over done this morning. Dinners were excellent!!! Presentation first class!!!
It would be nice if there was a stool or something in the bathroom to sit on and to put your clothes on.

We attended a friends birthday function and arrangements regarding the luncheon were good.
The lunch was well prepared and presented.
Nice grounds.
Our room was not ready at 14h00. It was only ready around 14h40 and we were the only people checking in.
Our room TV remote did not work - we reported it but it was not fixed and we had no feedback.
No Zero Alchohol beers were available for our entire stay.
Waiter bar service was almost non-existent.
No loo paper in gents toilet near restaurant - I pointed this out to staff and 1 hr later it was still not replenished.
Attention to detail not there, lack of maintenance visible.
The hotel is for sale and in my opinion this impacted on staff morale and service.
The manager was not visible during our stay. We saw him once when he apologised for the room not being ready.
Breakfast was dissapointing and below par - eggs benedict served on toast ( no muffins), plastic cling wrap not removed from cereals, fruit selection was not well presented. Late in setting up.
