The food was very good. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The game drive was excellent. Micheal was very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions.
It would be nice if tea and coffee were available in the lounge all day.

The staff are friendly starting from their manager,receptionist,security, chefs and cleaners they are very welcoming,I felt at home ❤️

I loved everything about my stay. The peace and quiet, the views and the staff was amazing

The entire room was very clean
They don’t have backup for load shedding, didn’t swim coz the pools were dirty. They only have one driver for game drive, we couldn’t see animals because the driver was not available
