The guy at the reception was very pleasant, friendly and helpful.
Everything was clean and well maintained
The room was nice and quiet even with the facility being totally booked out.
Bed was a wee bit hard for me and I generally like a firm bed ...but I still slept well, just woke up a bit sore .
All the facilities were in excellent condition.
All in all very pleasant and comfy.
Not that I didn't like it...but I would have liked to see a microwave or toaster...we had driven a very long way and were too tired to go find restaurants or take away and would have loved to have made a cuppa and some toast or reheat a frozen meal and relax with...it would make it feels more like a home away from home

The building looks old, but the rooms has obviously been updated and are very modern and clean overall very impressed

Great location, not too central but close to everything we needed. Great value, very clean, and with a beautiful bathroom. And the staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we'll be back!
Honestly cannot think of one thing to fault about this property. A microwave in the room would have been a nice bonus, but that's not a complaint, just on the wishlist :) Honestly though, it was terrific value at this price point - a true hidden gem.

They have no staff at 8 and no one to change sheets.
Floor was so dirty that kid walked with socks from the bathroom to the bed and their socks went brown
