Everything you need in a self contained room

Great size rooms. Larger size fridge. Mini kitchen great. Wardrobes spacious

Thank you for our upgrade and totally enjoyed the room would stay again

We got a upgrade which included a couch and a bit more space, this was nice for us it was very close to where we needed to be and it was definitely value for money. The rooms where sound proof which means we didn't get any noise disturbance. Thank you it was a great experience.

The matress on the bed could be a bit better. The pillows where stained so it obvious they needed to be cleaned.

Not for light sleepers

It was neat and tidy, Good location. The room was a good size with a little kitchenette.

Parking spaces are way to narrow even with a small car we were parked in, and doesn't seem to be enough spaces. I hope with the new extensions they also include more parking. They must have very thin walls around 1130pm we could hear a other people closing their cupboards, we even heard them take a shower

Great place to stay, excellent value.

Perfect location for what I needed. Very close to Penrith, great dining options nearby, near train station and the lovely Nepean River Track.

I will not be returning but my partner probably would :)

The whole unit was very clean and the bed comfortable.

The airconditioner was so loud I could not sleep properly. My partner enjoyed the noise, he thought sounded like rain. If you are sensitive to noise, don't stay here. Also, there is a little lip between the kitchen tiled area and main room, it was like a magnet, kept tripping on it, really annoying and hurt.

There were cooking facilities but only a tiny frying pan that it. When I asked I’d the has a saucepan I was told only what’s in the room. I had to go and buy one.

If you don’t mind being quite far away from the city this property will be a nice and comfortable stay.

Our Room was clean, the staff friendly and everything worked. The receptionist was friendly and told us everything we needed to know, especially when it came to transportation away and back to the property.

The confirmation E-mail stated wrong check in times, so we arrived way too early and needed to wait for our room.

the reception lady was rude when assuring some details the jug was mouldy inside

located close to every thing you need in Penrith at a walking distance or a $10 Uber ride to panthers

it was clean and easy to access

it needs even a 2 seater lounge so when you do come back into the room you can sit down and relax there

would of liked to of have had better customer service and the return of the $10 deposit I never received was disappointi

the space in the room it was lovely

that I didn’t get my $10 deposit back like I was told if I could have the deposit back that would be nice considering I paid $188.00 for one night for one person
