Es un buen Hotel, pero tiene algunas carencias de mantenimiento, tiene un precio razonable pero no lo invierten en la calidad de los cuartos, toallas viejas y los pisos rechinan

Nos gusta la hacienda, las instalaciones de gim, tiene bonitas vistas.
Laspersonas enel check in no son muy amables, apenas y contestan un buenas tardes. Deberian ser más sonrientes y eso que son jóvenes.
Tardaron mucho en atendernos en elrestaurant.
Ibamos con un adulto mayor y nos dieron habitación que para acceder había escaleras, ni siquiera preguntaron si habia adultos mayores,
LAsinstalaciones de alberca se ven descuidadas. FAlta manteniemiento en área de regaderas.

La hacienda por si misma es una parte de la historia de Huemantla, el lugar es bellisimo
estan lejanas la habitaciones del campo de golf de los sevicios del area principal

Las habitaciones siempre huelen mucho a humedad y no dejan suficiente agua a los huéspedes. El restaurante si es delicioso
