Beautiful location; beautiful and historical buildings
Mattresses too hard. There is virtually no physical separation between the room and the toilet so there’s little privacy. Also wifi is almost useless. And there’s a lot of problems with the locks.

Lovely location, large room, very good food, cordial staff
Very limited hot water and heat. I booked a room with a hot tub, but the hot water literally lasts no more than 2 minutes, so a bit farcical. If you've got mobility issues, you would kill yourself getting into the tub/shower.
