The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Elly and Jose. It was a very peaceful and tranquil stay in the heart of the city. The bed was really comfortable and the rooms were very clean and beautiful. It is more like a 5 star hotel without the 5 star price. The water pressure was strong with nice hot showers if you want. Huge old wooden doors that cover the windows, could be shut to block out street light and noise. The continental breakfast was nice with fresh seasonal fruit.
There is nothing that I did not like.

Estar en la Casa es en sí una experiencia única. Es una construcción muy bella, antigua con una gran historia. Caminar por sus corredores, subir sus escaleras, mirar cada detalle es um privilegio. Podría decir que es una obra de arte.
No tuve ningún problema, por el contrario tuve muchas atenciones. Disfruté mucho mi estancia.

The new renovations are great! When you come in, your first impression is very good!
The A/C was damaged, the mattress was like a rock, there is no technical staff to fix things. The staff is not well prepared.
