the staff is really helpful and is trying to solve any issues. I got a room without windows and complained that it wasn't mentioned during booking. They checked if rooms with a window are available and transferred me right away.
watch out for rooms without windows. it's not mentioned during booking process. fortunately they moved me to the room with a window.
the breakfast is not a buffet - you only get a plate of fruits and eggs or pancakes!

It felt like a luxury experience all around. The price seems more than fair for what we got. Huge room and bathroom, nice rooftop pool we got to ourselves most of the time, good room service for normal prices. High end design, aroma therapy for the room… Perfect location for walking around the city.
Could hear some noise from outside because the hallway is open, so it’s not really protected beyond the door of the room. Many of the staff didn’t seem to speak English (other than the front desk) which didn’t bother us because I speak Spanish, but perhaps worth pointing out for other travelers.

The property was beautiful, our room was amazing
The service from the staff was poor, no help with our luggage from the valet parking when we arrived and they were short staffed in the pool and dining area which made us wait a very long time for our meals and drinks.
