A Boutique Hotel

The property is approx. 40 mins from the airport. In a quiet location (which is good) Air con takes time to cool the room but the bed & the sleep was comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small but fully functional. I would not say that things were bad because it was value for money.

Wi-fi connectivity was a bit shaky. They could have provided 2 bottles of water instead of one. Food menu needs to be explored by the management.

we had an early flight so we got early checkin which was a lifesaver

nice ,quiet, big room

sometimes water was not warm enough but not a big deal. we had 1 of a towel and coffee but also can be fixed easily

It’s good but not great quality. Room was ok, ac works fine. staff trying their best. I do not recommend paying for brea

staff was absolutely amazing trying their best in most (not all) of the situations.

lack of maintenance. very bad condition of the fridge and shower in the room. I ordered bbq chicken wings and received tasty chicken wings but definitely not bbq (there was one drop of sauce on 1 of them) - it would be much better to honestly say that to your guests when they order, not hoping that everything “will be ok”.

Great Value for money and hospitable staff.

The staff are extremely wonderful. The hospitality I experienced was exceptional. The room was clean, the food was good, location was great. It’s great value for money and looking forward to my next stay.

Small try-out semi-detached house in outskirts of Kinondoni camouflaged as hotel.

The first impression was good, there was INTENTION of good service

Very rude outbreak from receptionist; demanding not only REQUESTING me to photograph my iPhone charging equipment in order to try accuse me of their own mistake, the facility HAS TO CLEAN/inspect rooms before re-sale. This was not done. I left next morning never return 👎🏽 UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, not properly educated staff.

I loved it , and definitely going back ,

it was quiet and had a family feeling to it calming and location was good, the staff was amazing, no complaints , customer service was exceptional

The location is close to most most key places in the city. The rooms were bigger with enough space, very clean toilet with all utilities. Beautiful garden around the hotel, one can sit and refresh The staff were so kind and helping.

Very good

really loved my overall stay with them. the room was as expected and very friendly and helpful staff. Food at the hotel restaurant was good and we really enjoyed all aspects of the hotel during our stay. I would like to request the management to improve a bit in the food quality at the restaurant.

Great location, staff and service!

Service was great. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room service was good breakfast options were ok. Great location, front door access to bajaji and local street vendors. Food, fresh fruit and juice options across the street. Highly recommend!

Neat and safe hotel with a lovely garden in one if Dar es Salaam's most quiet area

Very clean, quiet and safe hotel. Kind and helpful staff. Lovely garden. Laundry needs to be improved a bit but it's not a big deal. Neat rooms with comfortable beds and enough space for a standard room if you stay 2 days.

A gym would be highly appreciated.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Lovely staff and nice sized room. I only stayed for one night before flying home but very little to complain about. For the price its a decent stay. Breakfast was nice, I also ate there in the evening and the food was lovely! I'd return if Im ever back.

A minor thing but some of the pillows had seen better days. Probably time for an upgrade as there were a few marks on them which could be a little off-putting. Easily fixed though!
