Location view beach hospitality were great! The apartment is very new and well equipped. We almost didn't take the car as it's all at walking distance. Many good restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. around.
No parking on the premises but easy/close-by parking was arranged with reception.

Location and size of the apartment the 2 biggest selling point.
Missing a washing machine, and iron. The inner court yard is actually not a view is just swing across the next apartment’s window.

Excellent location. The windows provide great sound insulation, so there is almost no street noise. The room has a large balcony and includes almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean.
The biggest downside of this hotel is the staff. Not a single request or question was handled in a helpful or accommodating way. They smile at you, but they are unwilling to help. It felt as if the woman at the reception was more like a dormitory supervisor, making sure guests didn’t walk to the beach without a T-shirt (even though this is a beach hotel) and that the trash was taken out only between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ;)
To make matters worse, when I asked if we could leave our bags at the reception for just 30 minutes after check-out, the answer was simply no.
The hotel also charges a €150 security deposit well before your stay. I asked if I could pay it in cash upon arrival, but that was also refused. However, they didn’t forget to ask me to pay an extra €2.50 because of a difference in the tourist tax. ;) They also require you to sign a document stating that you will clean the apartment before checking out.
Overall, the hotel itself is good, but the staff, the payment process (including persistent email reminders sent as early as 5:00 AM), and the overall level of hospitality left a lot to be desired and slightly spoiled our vacation.
As of the time of writing this review, I still have not received my €150 security deposit back.
