Where to begin....this hotel is in a beautiful, quiet location. The apartment begs you to stay forever. The staff is awesome...friendly, helpful and professional. A complimentary bottle of wine and an awesome dessert surprised us on our anniversary! I wish that I could live here!

I loved everything!

The apartment was clean and spacious with a great view of the fjord. The key can be taken from the reception in the restaurant on the ground floor. The staff was helpful and friendly. A great local restaurant within a 2-minute walk.

Room had a great view of the fjord. Getting the key was quite easy from the reception in the restaurant on the ground floor. Clean and very comfortable beds. Close to the supermarket and restaurants.

Great view, apartment was warm enough (April), next to the shop, good WiFi, comfortable bed.

Kitchen stuff must be cleaner. Frying-pan must be replaced. There are no cover for frying-pan. There are no sponge to wash kitchen stuff. When you are renting bigger apartments then just normal hotel - you have much more places and surfaces to clean from dust and other. And it doesn't matter if guest is using it all or not. Could be kitchen specific towels (not from the shower).

The location with its view was breathtaking.

Unfortunately the steps up to the apartment wasn't maintained therefore was very dangerous the snow came up to the 3rd step which were aswell really slippy the entrance also before the door was icy and slippy. Cutlery in the drawers was dirty sauce was also spilled into them. Biggest issue was dirt and filth under sofa bed we had to pull it out to set it up I was shocked at was under it from things that must fell and got kicked under it dust dirt bottle caps makeup and worrying a sanitary towel which wasn't in a wrapper, made me that uneasy didn't use the shower and didn't feel comfortable using the bed really disappointed in the stay for the money paid could have had a more comfortable stay somewhere else. Did sent a message and they apologised said they would speak to staff after reading reviews seen a similar complaint that asked for refund to be refused i did sent another message with the photos i took asking if they'd like to reimburse if any because of the stay we had but got no reply this time.

The staff! Hi Sirry thank you for accommodating my request! We love the flowers and bday cake! I love coastal towns and this hotel is just right next to the water. The apartment is spacious and the view was amazing. Would love to go back here and stay longer.

The room was relatively clean and very roomy.

The couch had dirty spots all over and the room was covered in taped up, hand written notes telling you what to do and what not to do. The worst part of the stay however was the NOISE! The stairs up to the apartment is made from scaffolding and you hear everything rattle when people walk up it. You can also hear everything between the apartments so bring your earplugs! Overprized to say the least and no breakfast included. You pay €15 for some toast and cereal so we just went to the grocery store next door.
