Excellent location especially if you take public bus to Sun Moon Lake. The room is spacious, serves delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!

We like that is was just beside Gancheng bus station - very convenient to move around and walkable distance to the famous Miyahara ice cream :). The staff are very friendly and helpful. My husband had food poisoning and they promptly help to arrange taxi to the nearest hospital since I could not follow.
The pillow and bed are too soft - we felt like we didn't rest enough. Room had some small bugs crawling on the edge of the floor (not sure what it was).
