Family room was cute with a big bunk bed. Hotel had snacks and coffee. If you booked with breakfast, the breakfast location is at their hotel 1 location a few minutes walk away. Free to use laundry washer and dryer, you just need to buy the laundry detergent which I think was 50? NTD.

Very nicely designed rooms, comfortable, with big windows, bright and clean. Good breakfast, 24h feee coffee, laundry and dryer and massage chair. Helpful staff! And great central location next to the train station and bus stop to Sun Moon Lake.
Rooms aren’t very spacious, some more hangers for clothes would be nice

Location and spacious of room.
Window in bathroom. Yet doesnt bothwe me alot as the room is pretty spacious and most of the time was out of room.

it was very close to the train station which was convenient since we were in Taichung to use it as a base for trips
the photos were a overrepresentation: the rooms were quite worn out and there were smear marks on the walls and curtains, even paint touch up smears. bit of mould starting in the silicone in the bath. the bathtub shower was a disaster, the bath was constantly wet despite the shower curtains, because of the gap between the tub and the wall. the staff was borderline pleasant; the feeling I had was that they preferred to have no requests or questions.
