I have stayed here before and its an excellent budget choice with a great communal area to work or eat away from the sleeping area. Staff is fantastic and the cleaners work so hard!
I wish I asked for a lower capsule but I didn't think of it at the time and always get assigned upper ones - but that's on me, not the property.

This was my first Capusle Hotel in Taiwan. It is super central, just a 3 minutes walk from the main station. The Facilities are clean and well maintained. While I was there everything was quiet and I had few neighbors. I did enjoy the automated checkIn and code activated doors.
The lockers are in the sleeping area and are pretty loud, therefore you wake up easily if someone comes in late and needs to put stuff in. That really is not a good solution.
The Mattresses are thin and uncomfortable, I have been in capsule hotels that had comfy ones, so it is not because of the capsules. Also the capsules don't close properly, so at night you will have plenty of light coming in, bring a sleeping mask if you cant sleep with some light.

The location is perfect, right next to the Taichung train station so makes it very convenient for the trip. The staffs were super nice and allowed us to drop off and leave the luggage before check in and after check out. There is a coffee machine and cold water refill which is a big plus.
More shower rooms would be nice, but it's very minor thing. I don't think there is anything that is a red flag for the place. It's worth the price

Location is great.
Amenities like shower room is very tight.
The staff on duty that day was cold and unhelpful. I made a couple of inquiries and could see her frown thru her face mask. The tone of her voice is also bordering on rude.
