The location was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I really liked that I could open my windows and let fresh air into the room. It was really nice having an access code to get into the hotel late at night.
No breakfast offered on-site. It was nice they provided a list of bakeries and cafes, but on-site would have been a better value for the money. We never saw the staff hardly ever, even in the times when they said their desk was supposed to be staffed. The coffee machine in the main area downstairs was broken. No maid service during the whole three days we were there.

The location is outstanding, and it is great that one can park at the hotel in the middle of the historical city.
No staff available at the property at any time, which makes the hotel feel impersonal.
