It was one of the nicest properties I have stayed at. we were welcomed by T at reception with a big smile. We loved how clean the rooms were and the location was perfect. Thank you to entire team for a wonderful stay and such a lovely note upon arrival for my birthday š„°

Exceptional Stay !!
Where do i start. From arriving at motel, we were greeted by the lovely Thy (T) at reception. Checked in was so smooth even had a lovely spa while we were there for 1 night. Room was clean and comfy. Room was nice & warm after a day being at a sports tournament all day.
Lovely place to stay in Taupo, actually the best !!
Just wifi in the room wasn't great.

Like staying here great location
Our key was given to another guest as well.
Our car was parked by our unit.
TV and lights on and guests still put key in our door and walked in! I said can I help you. They told me they were given key no. 5 which was ours.
Motel needs to install security chains immediately for this reason and for safety so children can't unlock doors and get out.
I said - well lucky we weren't doing anything too funky ah. Other guests and I laughed.
Human errors happen. I didn't lose it with Motel, but some guests may. Staff member was very apologetic and I told her these things happen. She was sooooooo professional and lovely on arrival we were ok with it. These things happen in life.
Broken toilet on arrival but please know it was sorted smartly.
Heat pump played up we froze. Didnt see the small fan heater tucked in closest till departure morning.
Usually a lovely warm place. Our 3rd stay.
