Friendly staff
Spacious clean unit with nice view to the lake
Own thermal pool was wonderful
Small kitchen with induction hob was handy for meal preparation.
Not a dislike but a small distance from the main shopping area, so need a car

The location and the parking. We arrived late but instructions to retrieve key were excellent.
No aircon, the room smelt musty, condensation was terrible, windows were very wet in the morning. The power points were a bit dodgy, could easily be electrocuted.
