The view from the balcony was awesome and the room was very quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the water in the fridge was a nice bonus. The restaurant staff were very attentive and friendly.
The rubbish bin had not been emptied from previous guests. The room and bathroom decor was old fashioned, the shower was very small. The walk to town was quite far away. The spa pool was out of order and I was really disappointed as that was one of the reasons I booked here.

Great location, big room & heated pool was great for the kids. All staff from checkout to house keeping were great. Didn’t use the restaurant but heard great things about the meal’s & breakfast from others we knew who we’re staying there.
The shower was quite small & I cut my foot on the corner of the open shower door as I stepped out as it was quite a sharp corner just something to be weary of.

Beautiful location on the lake.
Need to make booking for sauna and grotto which is bizarre and very inconvenient due to the 40mins it took to warm the sauna up and you only get a 1 hr time allowance to use them.
Lady at front desk (not sure name) but fairly non-approachable and quite unfriendly. Entire hotel needs some TLC and deep clean.
