I have had a payment taken from my credit card for a dinner and drinks which I did not take. I have emailed the company some days ago but have not received any response.
A response dealing with the issue of being charged for dinner and drinks which we did not have.

I enjoyed a lot the huge breakfast everything was delicious, the king room was amazing and the bed .
They provide for us the coatbas well. The staff of the restaurant of breakfast were very frienly
I didnt likw that the room booked was connected room with other rooms, so I heard the whole noise TV, screaming of the other connected room.
And as well, the check in is at 3pm and they did late check in, almost 3:30pm the other room was ready, so that I didnt like it.

The room was freshly painted - Entry and room reeked of paint fumes - we had to swap rooms
New room had separate beds - they offered to change to a double, but it took so long we were just about asleep by the time staff arrived - so we declined.
Coffee machine did not work
Electric Jug did not work -
Very slack attention to basic functional detail
